Custom alterations or personalised artwork may be commissioned for an additional fee. These commissions are created manually by the Operator and may include adjustments to layout, scale, positioning, colour, or other visual elements. Availability, pricing, and delivery timeframes are determined at the time of request. Manual heraldic refinement services are billed, depending on the complexity of the work involved, typically $84 AUD per hour.
