The Service
The Website provides a surname-based coat of arms generator and digital download products. Generated outputs are created by an automated rendering system using curated graphic assets and composition rules.
All generated coat of arms compositions are artistic, heraldic-style designs inspired by traditional armorial practice. They are not official grants of arms, legal heraldic registrations, or evidence of entitlement to arms in any jurisdiction.
Purchases and Delivery
Purchases are processed through the Website checkout system. After successful payment, a digital download is made available as described on the product page and during checkout.
Digital files are provided for immediate download after purchase. You are responsible for downloading, saving, and backing up your file. If access to a downloaded file is lost, a replacement is not guaranteed.
Service Availability
The Website and rendering system are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the service operating, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and permanent availability of any specific feature are not guaranteed.
The Operator may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Website, rendering rules, asset library, file formats, delivery method, or product offering at any time without notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to disrupt service, bypass purchase mechanisms, scrape or mass-download content, reverse engineer private implementation details, or use automated tools to overload the service.
Intellectual Property
All Website content, branding, software, rendering systems, compositions, and asset libraries are owned by or licensed to the Operator unless stated otherwise. Purchase of a digital file does not transfer ownership of the Website, software, rendering system, or underlying asset libraries.
Some heraldic graphic elements used in this system are licensed from Armorial Gold Heraldry Services.
Graphic elements remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are licensed for use within the Insignia Arma rendering system only.
Preview Images
Preview images are provided for on-screen viewing only. They are not licensed for printing, reproduction, resale, redistribution, or any other use beyond viewing on the Website. Any downloading, copying, printing, reproduction, resale, redistribution, or other use of preview images without permission is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.
Licence for Purchased Files
Purchased files are supplied for personal use unless otherwise stated on the product page. Personal use includes printing for private display or gifting. Commercial reproduction, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or use in products or services for sale is not permitted without prior written permission from the Operator.
The final artwork is generated using graphical assets licensed to the Operator together with original digital composition, arrangement, and rendering systems. Reproduction, copying, resale, redistribution, or use of the finished artwork beyond the licence granted is prohibited and may constitute a breach of copyright.
Custom Artwork
Custom alterations or personalised artwork may be commissioned for an additional fee. These commissions are created manually by the Operator and may include adjustments to layout, scale, positioning, colour, or other visual elements. Availability, pricing, and delivery timeframes are determined at the time of request. Refined by hand on request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or purchase or use of digital files, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted, liability is limited to resupplying the services or providing a refund at the Operator’s discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
